Unlike my longer programmes, this one is a single, focused, one-off session

We will review your currently dietary pattern, and I will make specific suggestions to enhance your dietary quality, including:

  • Rich sources of micronutrients, vitamins, minerals

  • Food sources of essential fatty acids, EPA and DHA

  • Protein quality, overall intake and dose per meal

  • Phytonutrient sources to add more of

  • Food groups with big benefits you are not currently consuming regularly

  • Food sourcing, knowing where to buy and what to look out for if you want the highest quality produce

Within one long consultation we will: 

  • Pick out the biggest gaps within your dietary intake

  • Confirm the top opportunities for improving your diet

  • Identify specific ways you can make the changes

  

After the consult, I will prepare for you Top-5 suggestions including:

  • Rationale for each suggestion

  • Ideas on *how* including recipes & meal prep

  • Great places from which to source your food

  • Best-in-class products

You will be welcome to Q&A with me about your suggestions too, no extra cost. I want you to feel confident to make the changes.

How it Works - What to Expect

This is the flow

1. Booking & Checkout

You simply pick a time for our 75 minute session and then checkout (via Stripe) . You will get an immediate calendar invite for the time you picked including a Google Meet call link.

2. Email Invite to share specifics & info

I will email you within 24 hours with a simple Google Form to invite you to share any specific information or questions you want to bring in to the Smart Diet Boost

3. Join your Smart Diet Boost session

Join using the Google Meet link you got at Step #1. Try to ensure you have a quiet, private space for the duration of the call, and will be able to view a screen-share (larger devices are ideal)

4. Smart Diet Boost

Within the call, we will walk through your current dietary pattern & identify the top opportunities for you to improve your diet, including what to eat, when, how, how much, where and why.

5. Follow Up Guide

After the call, I will provide you with guideline capturing the suggestions, along with practical "how to" ideas and links
